Claire Rand attended Erasmus High Shool and Brooklyn College in New York. A successful business woman before relocating to Miami in 1996, she immediately became a licensed real estate agent. Claire received her Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist certification (CLHMS). In 2009, Claire became a Certified Real Estate Owned Specialist (REOS).. A resident of one of South Florida's prestigous waterfront communities in Aventura, she served as a member of the Board of Directors for several years and as chairperson of the Design and Social committees.
